These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of aduprojectestimator.com (the "Site"), operated by Cool Apps LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Estimates only
The calculators on this Site provide estimates for general planning purposes. Results depend on the information you enter and on general assumptions about construction costs, permit fees, interest rates and rents, which may not match your property, your lot or your area. Actual costs, payments and income can differ substantially.
Always get quotes from licensed builders, confirm loan terms with your lender, and check what your local building and planning department allows before committing to a project.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing on the Site is engineering, architectural, construction, zoning, legal, tax or financial advice. The Site does not replace a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, lender or your local building and planning department. You are responsible for following all applicable building codes, zoning rules, permits and safety practices.
3. No warranty
The Site and all calculators are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or always available.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, time or property, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its results. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or copy its content or calculators for redistribution.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design and code are owned by Cool Apps LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the calculators for your own personal or business projects.
